TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE EVEN IF YOU AREN’T ONEWhy would you want to train like an athlete even if you aren’t one? Because life is the ultimate game. Training like an athlete provides many benefits: improved muscle mass, strength, body composition, bone health, better balance, and an overall sense of athleticism. As an athlete you are focused on doing all the little things such as preventing injuries and feeling your best so that you can perform at your best. While those things are always emphasized for athletes, there is no reason that everybody shouldn't be doing all the little things to feel their best as well. You want to take the time to develop full body strength so that you can perform your best in life and live a healthy and mobile life. Running, jumping, and lifting should be things you’re cable of doing whether you’re 10, 40, or 70 years old, depending on how well and long you train for you will be able to perform all of those things.
