Robert has been training for 10 years. Born and raised in Southern California, he went on to play college football and then went and played professional football overseas for 2 seasons. After football he completed his Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Post football and graduating he worked as a physical therapy assistant and then decided to pursue his Certified Strength and Conditioning Certificate (CSCS) and has been coaching and training ever since. Robert’s clientele ranges from general population, high school athletes, collegiate athletes, and professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, and NWSL. Robert’s niche and passion are for helping collegiate female soccer players and collegiate and professional football players excel in their sport and achieve their highest potential.

Cheyenne Ryan grew up in Canada and played soccer her entire life. In high school she participated in several National Cup tournaments and notably Canada Summer Games in 2013. She then went on to play collegiate soccer, as well as worked in and around the field of soccer her entire life. While she studied her Bachelors in Kinesiology, she interned with the Vancouver Whitecaps FC, and TSS Rovers FC USL, as well spent time with Canada Soccer Association. Cheyenne is now completing her Master’s in Sport Management at the University of San Francisco-Orange County. During her time in Los Angeles, Cheyenne spent time with the University of Southern California (USC) as the Soccer Operations Assistant for the women’s soccer team. After her time at USC, she realized she has a passion for helping female soccer players grow and reach their full potential.

Meet the gym’s self-proclaimed emotional support puppy. Maple was born in October 2020 and has been able to call the gym her home since moving to California from Minnesota. If you get lucky you will be able to find her at the gym during your session and she will most definitely be wanting your attention for lots of pets and cuddles.
